17 properties were sold over4 phases the first phase of 3 bungalows sold very well with a high level of interest, we also managed to get another couple of reservations for the next phase. The next phase was 5 4 bed detached homes. The 3rd phase was 5 affordable homes in which we worked with the local authority and the developer to make sure the buyers met the criteria set out. Having been involved in this site from the start we noticed the number of enquires for semi-detached and bungalows on the site, with that in mind the developer revisited the scheme and amended the planning for the last phase to include semi-detached and bungalows these were released and sold before completion of the units.
